2023 Meeting Information

All attendees and participants are required to register for the meeting.  Registration can be secured by credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa) or by check.  Registrations made by check are not complete until the funds have been received and processed by RSA.

COVID-19 Vaccination Policy (updated)
 

Attendees/Guests of the RSA-2023 meeting must be fully vaccinated and are required* to upload their vaccination card (PDF) when they register. 


*Exemptions (medical, religious, philosophical, and/or personal reasons) will be granted. Contact Debby Sharp (debbyrsa@sbcglobal.net) to request the form for uploading during the registration process.

 

Masking

Masks are highly recommended in all RSA-2023 Meeting space (i.e., meeting rooms, poster room, registration area, events space). RSA will have a supply of masks at the RSA Registration Desk and throughout the meeting space; we do request you bring your own as well. 

 

Proximity Bracelets (Social Distancing) - How close should I get to someone?

RSA will have a limited supply of proximity bracelets at the RSA Registration Desk. These are color-coded wristbands to make individual preferences known without anyone having to say a word. The wristbands take a cue from traffic lights: Red equals no contact; yellow indicates an elbow bump is okay; green means go in for the hug or the high-five.

 

Experiencing Symptoms

While at the meeting, if you are exhibiting cold or flu-like symptoms, have knowingly been exposed to COVID-19, or have received a positive COVID-19 test we ask that you remain in your hotel room. Of course, if any of the above, prior to traveling to the meeting, please do not attend. Registration refunds (minus $50 fee) will be given with documentation.

 

RSA reserves the right to change these guidelines at any time.


For-profit Corporations (or foundations of for-profit corporations)
are not permitted to sponsor any symposia, workshops or roundtables or networking events - they may rent exhibit space by submitting an Exhibitor’s Prospectus and are encouraged to make a donation to the Society.

Full Registration

The 46th Annual RSA Scientific Meeting begins at 7:00 pm on Saturday, June 24th, with the Opening Reception in the Grand Ballroom Foyer.

Full registration includes all scientific and poster sessions, the Opening Reception (hors d’oeuvres, not dinner), Continental Breakfasts (Sunday through Wednesday), Coffee Breaks, and the Closing Ceremony (plated dinner).

 

Single Day (Daily) Registration

Single Day registration is limited to one or two (consecutive) days and does not include the Opening Reception or the Closing Ceremony.  Tickets to these events can be purchased separately during the registration process.

Be sure to indicate which day(s) you will attend:

  • Sunday, June 25: Includes all scientific and poster sessions, Continental Breakfast and coffee breaks.
  • Monday, June 26: Includes all scientific and poster sessions, Continental Breakfast and coffee breaks.
  • Tuesday, June 27: Includes all scientific and poster sessions, Continental Breakfast and coffee breaks.
  • Wednesday, June 28: Includes all scientific and poster sessions, Continental Breakfast and coffee breaks.

Register by May 1st and save up to $100.

RSA Members - membership dues must be current to receive the member rate.

* Non-member Post-Docs must provide a letter verifying they are no more than four (4) years past their degree (PhD or MD) at the time of the meeting or a copy of diploma.  This is a file upload on the registration form and is required to complete registration.

** Non-member Students must provide either a copy of their Student ID or a verification letter from their Professor or Department Head, stating they are enrolled as a full-time student.  This is a file upload on the registration form and is required to complete registration.

Registration Cancellation Policy

$50 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations received through June 1st.  There will be no refunds on cancellations received after June 1st.  All cancellation requests must be made in writing (Email Pamrsoa@gmail.com).

 

  You will need to upload proof of Covid vaccination to complete your registration.  There will be no Onsite meeting registration this year.  Registration will close at 6:00pm (Pacific) on Friday, June 23.
