The Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is located in the heart of Downtown, along Nicollet Mall and is close to the convention center, the famous Guthrie Theater and the city’s cultural districts. The hotel is well connected the Minneapolis’s skyways that allow one to traverse downtown without having to venture outside. The hotel is 12 miles from the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport.

Standard hotel policy is that credit cards are required for guarantee, with payment due at checkout. Guests will be charged 1 night in the event of a no-show or canceling within 72 hours of arrival. A hold on funds to cover length of stay may take place.

June temperatures average low 80s in the day and low 60s at night; with an average of 13 days of precipitation. Hotel meeting rooms are often cold to some and hot to others, so layering of clothes is suggested.
MEAL FUNCTIONS:
Full (not Daily) registration includes the Opening Reception (hors d’oeuvres, not dinner), daily continental breakfasts (June 23-26), coffee breaks and poster session refreshments and the Closing Ceremony (plated dinner). Social Guests may partake in any or all of these functions by purchasing tickets in advance (see the Registration Form).
TRANSPORTATION:
Bus fares range from $2.00 to $3.25, depending on time of day. To ride a few blocks in the Downtown Zone, the fare is $.50. “Free Ride” buses will take you along Nicollet Mall.
