All attendees and participants are required to register for the meeting. Registration can be secured by credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa) or by check. Registrations made by check are not complete until the funds have been received and processed by RSA.
For-profit Corporations (or foundations of for-profit corporations) are not permitted to sponsor any symposia, workshops or roundtables or networking events - they may rent exhibit space by submitting an Exhibitor’s Prospectus and are encouraged to make a donation to the Society.

Full Registration
The 47th Annual RSA Scientific Meeting begins at 7:00 pm on Saturday, June 22nd, with the Opening Reception in the Great Lakes Ballroom.
Full registration includes all scientific and poster sessions, the Opening Reception (hors d’oeuvres, not dinner), Continental Breakfasts (Sunday through Wednesday), Coffee Breaks, and the Closing Ceremony (plated dinner).
Single Day (Daily) Registration
Single Day registration is limited to one or two (consecutive) days and does not include the Opening Reception or the Closing Ceremony. Tickets to these events can be purchased separately during the registration process.
Be sure to indicate which day(s) you will attend:
- Sunday, June 23: Includes all scientific and poster sessions, Continental Breakfast and coffee breaks.
- Monday, June 24: Includes all scientific and poster sessions, Continental Breakfast and coffee breaks.
- Tuesday, June 25: Includes all scientific and poster sessions, Continental Breakfast and coffee breaks.
- Wednesday, June 26: Includes all scientific and poster sessions, Continental Breakfast and coffee breaks.

Registration Cancellation Policy
A $50 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations received through June 1st. There will be no refunds on cancellations received after June 1st. All cancellation requests must be made in writing (Email info@researchsocietyonalcohol.org).
There will be no Onsite meeting registration this year. Registration will close at 6:00pm (Central) on Friday, June 21.
