* Non-member Post-Docs must provide a letter verifying they are no more than four (4) years past their degree (PhD or MD) at the time of the meeting.
** Non-member Students must provide either a copy of their Student ID or a verification letter from their Professor or Department Head, stating they are enrolled as a full-time student.

Registration Cancellation Policy:
A $50 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations received by June 1st. There will be no refunds on cancellations received after June 1st.
