Session Timeframes

PARTICIPANT START TIMES WILL BE LISTED IN THE PROGRAM. The Chairs ARE REQUIRED to keep presenters on time; room monitors are only present to indicate to the speaker to STOP if the Chair has not kept the session on time. SESSION FORMAT FOR TIMELINES The Organizer and/or Chair should dictate if there will be a Q&A period at the end of each talk, as long as the speakers stay within their allotted time.

  Discussant/Question Moderator 13 minutes (no slides allowed)

90 minutes Speaker 2 20 minute talk, including time for questions
  Speaker 3 20 minute talk, including time for questions
  Open Discussion 25 minutes

  Speaker 1 15 minute talk, including time for questions
  Speaker 2 15 minute talk, including time for questions

ROUNDTABLES - looser format Brief Introduction 5 minutes
90 minutes up to 6 panel members 5-7 minute individual talks (or points of view), followed by lively discussion among panelists.
