Evaluation, CE, and Attendance Certification

Thank you for attending the 49th Annual RSA Scientific Meeting! We hope you had a great experience at the meeting. To help us improve future events, we ask all attendees to complete the anonymous conference evaluation. Your honest feedback is greatly appreciated.

How to Access the Evaluation:

Please note that you cannot access the evaluation form while logged into the conference platform. To complete the evaluation, please do one of the following:

Log out of the conference platform and then click the link below OR open the link in an incognito/private browser window.

What Happens After You Submit the Evaluation:

Once you complete the evaluation, you will receive a pop-up asking you to:

• Apply for Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits (there is a $125 fee to apply).
• Request a Certificate of Attendance (this is free of charge).

Important: You must complete the evaluation to be eligible for either CME credits or a certificate of attendance. To finalize your request, you will be prompted to log into your account and attest to your hours.

Deadline:

Please complete your evaluation and submit your request for CME credits or a certificate by July 27, 2026.
