The Center for Dissemination & Implementation At Stanford (C-DIAS) invites you to complete a brief, online survey to understand implementation research interests and training needs in the field of alcohol research. The survey is confidential and will take about 5 minutes to complete. After completing the survey, you will have an opportunity to enter your email address on a separate form to receive a summary of survey findings. We ask that you complete the survey by May 22nd.
