Membership Committee
Mission
“The mission of the Membership Committee (“MC”) is to attract and to retain a new generation of scientists to the Research Society on Alcohol, as well as into the field of alcohol research. The primary role of the MC members is to review RSA membership applications over the course of the year to ensure that applicants requesting membership into RSA meet the criteria set forth for membership in RSA. Moreover as a member of the MC, members are expected to actively seek to recruit new members into RSA through various outreach activities including email, word of mouth, flyers, outside meetings, colleague contacts, etc. The MC members shall also educate and solicit help from current RSA members to help attract new members into RSA.”
